THE MISSION OF MCC

Many millions of children still have no access to medical care. MCC works in countries where they have no set (arranged) health clinics or school heathcare.

Vision
MCC activities are founded upon the vision that every child in addition to the unequivocal rights of life, love and freedom, has the same right to basic medical care. No distinction is made in regard to race, religion, or origin, regardless of physical or mental condition.

Mission
The mission of MCC is:

To (promote) provide basic healthcare to children in difficult circumstances whose health has been neglected.

THE PROCESS

MCC does medical check-ups in 8 countries. Over 10.000 children are seen bij MCC staff annualy. Over time MCC has created an unique service that enables the fast and accurate checks. MCC has 10 years of experience in running projects in less developed and remote areas.

MCC Carrousel
The MCC Carousel enables a special filing process to chart the basic healthcare status of a particular child in a very short time frame.

MCC Analysis Local Situation
The MCC ALS model consists of a checklist which provides a quick analysis of the health and living conditions of the children. It also provides an overal impression of the most common diseases, disorders, and health threats in a specific region.

Targeted information
MCC can then provide targeted information and guidance to schools, educators and local health workers.
