MCC has decided to be a professional organisation which retains its present day informal and inspirational character which:

• is seen to have a vision and a purpose
• has tangible energy, structure and means
• is recognisable in culture

Medical Checks for Children has a simple organisational structure. Each board member has the responsibility for a certain workgroup.

The board consists of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 members. The board is responsible for the day-to-day operation of MCC. The various workgroups support the mission preparation, medical and compliance and communication & PR.
